We offer free world wide shipping on all orders over €200.
Free domestic shipping in Denmark on all orders.
We offer free exhange world wide – if a refund is requested we do not cover the return shipping.
Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
Your email account may have a commercial filter, which may lead the emails to your spam basket, please check your spam basket before notifying us for missing emails.
In case of incorrect inventory and the item is no longer in stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone. We reserve the rights to cancel your purchase, if inventory was incomplete at the time of the purchase.
Please allow the system some time to register the DHL scanning process.
When the payment is complete, and the amount is withdrawn from your account, the order will be shipped.
Astrid Andersen will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. Astrid Andersen will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal information to any third party without your prior permission.
If you sign up to our newsletter or make a purchase, you provide us with your personal contact information. Astrid Andersen will handle your information with strictly confidence and we guarantee that no one else can access this information.
You are at any time able to unsubscribe from the newsletter trough the link in the bottom of the email.
Are you a citizen outside the European Union, Danish Vat will automatically be deducted (20%).
You are to be aware that taxes and duties in this case will be paid by the recipient and handled by the authorities of the recipient country. Astrid Andersen cannot be held responsible of tax and duty regulations of the recipient country.
Please note, regarding deliveries to non-EU countries, a delay may occur, cf. above.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be bought on www.astridandersen.com.
The product must contain original tags, receipt, return note and be unused in original packaging.
This must be authorized by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
When returning products (sale and full price items), the customer holds the shipping costs. Refunds will be made to the purchasers’ credit card. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
Astrid Andersen is not responsible for compensation of lost packages without any proof of delivery. When your return is received we will refund the purchase immediately to the credit card that was used to purchase the items.
When exchanging full price items, Astrid Andersen holds the shipping costs for returning and shipping the new parcel. When exchanging sale products, the costumer holds the shipping costs.
When returning/exchanging from outside Europe the return note and original invoice must be attached to the outside parcel.

Danish purchasing law covers all traded goods within a two-year deadline. The warranty does not apply to items that are defective due to wear or damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear. For complaints, defects or missed deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible.
